Construction;
high resistance steel structure, is painted special paint to conserve
for oxidize and its structure is strengthened for vibration. All
surfaces that contact food, in our machine, are aluminum and stainless
steel. Main structure is placed on elevated prop; all lines are
provided against direct contact to floor. Dryers are geared cover made
by isolated polyurethane fiber. Machine height is 6,5
meters, machine width is 4 meters.
Automation; The systems in
production line are controlled by PLC. System is operated with special
software designed graphic supported on digitalcontrolpanel.

Compression Screw and cutting system: Die’s diameter 420 mm, Screw lenght 1695 mm, screw diameter 165mm. Screw’s surface is covered by hard chrome,
steel jacket for thermo stating of cylinder.
Shaking Predryer (Trabatto);
3 layers shaking system with vibro motors.
First Dryer; 9,5 m length, 5 m height, 7
layer aluminum conveyor, vibro lay out, all
values of temperature and speed is electronically controlled by
PLC. Structure is placed on elevated prop 200 mm.
Second Dryer ; 13,5 m length , 5,5 m
height, 9 layer aluminum conveyor, vibro lay
out, all values of temperature and speed is electronically
controlled by PLC Structure is placed on elevated prop 200 mm.
Cooler Unit;
Working up with
Vibro motors, cooling with air circulation and the air which passed from cold
water serpentines by axial fans.
